Louis Vuitton to sponsor 2025 Australian GP
Louis Vuitton will be the title sponsor for the 2025 Australian Grand Prix, which kicks off the F1 season. This follows a 10-year partnership deal between Louis Vuitton’s parent company, LVMH, and F1, which was announced last October. The race will return to Melbourne’s Albert Park Circuit on March 16, 2025, after being the season opener in 2019. Louis Vuitton has been involved with F1 since 2021 by designing the Monaco Grand Prix trophy.

Hamilton's crash cuts Ferrari test short in Barcelona
Lewis Hamilton’s third day driving a Ferrari F1 car in Barcelona was cut short after a crash at Turn 12. Although unhurt, the crash caused delays for Ferrari, preventing Charles Leclerc from completing his scheduled afternoon run. Ferrari did not comment on the incident but confirmed Leclerc did not run, and reserve drivers Antonio Giovinazzi and Dino Beganovic took over for the final day. Despite conflicting reports on the severity of the damage, Ferrari deemed the crash normal for Hamilton's ongoing adjustment to their car.

Herbert lands new role after FIA exit
Johnny Herbert has joined Lola as a global brand ambassador after stepping down as an F1 driver steward. He will help with Lola's Formula E program and future projects, like a possible return to Le Mans. Herbert, who is friends with Lola’s commercial officer, Keith Smout, believes Lola’s comeback is a mix of the past and future of motorsport. His role could also include helping with driver management, and he wants to play an important part in Lola’s success.
