The Australian Grand Prix never disappoints! It was an action packed race... here are the highlights:

• Max Verstappen suffered a SHOCK exit after lap 3
  • He suffered an engine failure
• Lewis Hamilton also suffered engine failure and had to retire the car on lap 17
  • This brought out the VSC
• The Ferraris and Mclarens had very strong races and demonstrated quick race pace
• Valtteri Bottas and Guanyu Zhou both experienced slow pitstops as the design of the bolts aren't working with the wheel guns
  • This is a design issue that Kick Sauber is trying to fix
• Pierre Gasly was given a five second time penalty for crossing the white line at the end of the pitlane
• Carlos Sainz dominated the whole weekend to lead his team to a Ferrari 1-2 with Charles Leclerc finishing in second
• Lando Norris finished the race in 3rd position, just ahead of his teammate Oscar Piastri

*Fernando Alonso finished the race in 6th position but was handed a 20 second time penalty for the incident with George Russell. This demoted him to P8.
