Haas rejects Ferrari's pullrod suspension for 2025

Haas decided not to use Ferrari's new pullrod front suspension for 2025, as they'll be sticking with the pushrod system instead. This choice was based on a detailed evaluation of potential aerodynamic challenges and development delays associated with the new design. While Ferrari’s switch aligns with Red Bull and McLaren's successful 2024 strategies, it risks early-season setbacks as the team works to optimize the change. Haas, meanwhile, focuses on consistent performance in the midfield battle to secure vital investment for its future.

The project is seen as a national priority, especially with Hungary hosting the Hungarian Grand Prix for decades. Drivers like Ádám Hideg and Martin Molnár are considered strong candidates, though other talented Hungarian drivers are also being supported. The project has been ongoing for several years, with plans for more business and government support. It aims not only to reach Formula 1 but also to support Hungarian talents in other motorsport series like Superbike and MotoGP.
