Hamilton ditches historic Monster Energy deal for Celsius

Lewis Hamilton is reportedly ending his long-term partnership with Monster Energy to join rival Celsius, which sponsors Ferrari. The deal with Monster began in 2017 and included personalized drinks, but it will conclude when Hamilton moves to Ferrari next season. Monster Energy, which has sponsored Mercedes and Hamilton, is also shifting to McLaren, with a deal starting in 2025. Celsius, which became Ferrari's major sponsor in 2024, is expected to finalize a personal partnership with Hamilton, and their logo will likely appear on his race suit.

Perez to stay with Red Bull for show runs in 2025

Sergio Perez will not completely leave Red Bull despite losing his seat to Liam Lawson in 2025. Red Bull team principal Christian Horner confirmed that Perez will still participate in some show runs next year. After a tough 2024 season, in which Perez scored just 49 points in the last 18 races, the team and Perez mutually agreed on the change. While Perez signed a new contract earlier in the year, Red Bull exercised clauses in the deal to make the driver change.

Cristina Gutierrez won the Dakar Rally's Challenger class. Other drivers, like Rafaela Ferreira, Michelle Gatting, and Molly Taylor, also showed their skills, proving that women are making a big impact in motorsport.

Why Lawson is seen as a closer match to Verstappen

Red Bull thinks Liam Lawson’s driving style is similar to Max Verstappen’s, which will help the team better set up the 2025 car. Lawson will replace Sergio Perez and be Verstappen’s fifth teammate at Red Bull. Christian Horner said Lawson’s promotion happened faster than planned but praised his ability to handle pressure, pointing to his good performance in Brazil. Even though Lawson has few race starts, Horner believes he has strong character and potential, and Red Bull is working to make the 2025 car easier to handle.

End of Hamilton's era at Mercedes

It's pretty difficult to realize that Lewis is actually leaving Mercedes, and the most difficult part is finally having to say goodbye. For the final time, Hamilton visits the Mercedes-AMG Petronas factories in Brackley and Brixworth to meet with the men who make things happen behind the scenes. And there was no better way to bid them farewell than by appreciating them for a job well done.
