Hamilton's Almave Blanco hits UK market

The second alcohol-free ‘spirit’ from Almave, created by Lewis Hamilton and Casa Lumbre, will be distributed in the UK by Mangrove Global. Almave Blanco, which is recommended for mocktails, follows the earlier launch of Almave Ámbar. Almave is made from agave in Jalisco, Mexico, and is alcohol-free because it skips the fermentation process.

Bruckheimer refutes $300m budget claim for F1 film

Jerry Bruckheimer refuted claims that the budget for the Brad Pitt-starring film "F1" has swelled to $300 million, calling the reports “out of whack.” He explained that filming rebates in locations like England, Europe, and Abu Dhabi, along with sponsorship deals, have kept the budget much lower. Director Joseph Kosinski agreed, saying the reported budget is far too high. Even with Hollywood strikes causing delays, the team has been filming at Grand Prix events, including at Silverstone.

F1 explores glued gravel traps to control track limits

Formula 1 teams and the FIA are considering using glued gravel traps to enforce track limits. Zandvoort Circuit has tried this method to stop cars from dragging stones onto the track, which can damage tires. Pirelli thinks this solution is a good balance between keeping drivers within track limits and protecting tires. The FIA is looking into using this method more often, even though it can be tricky for tracks that host both car and bike races.

Bottas rules out Mercedes return
