What if Red Bull could replace Perez with Antonelli?
Scott Mitchell-Malm's article questions if Red Bull would have replaced Sergio Perez with Kimi Antonelli, a young talent signed by Mercedes. Mercedes’ wins won’t affect Antonelli
Mercedes says its recent wins won’t affect Andrea Kimi Antonelli’s chances of getting the team’s 2025 seat, even though he started slowly in Formula 2. Mercedes has stated that its current success has not changed its driver decision process. Antonelli’s fast progress and extensive testing with Mercedes make him likely to join the team next season.

Losing Hulkenberg to Sauber is a loss, but the 2024 season is still one of Haas's best.

Domenicali backs reverse grids for sprints
F1 CEO Stefano Domenicali likes the idea of reverse grids for sprint races and is open to talking about it again, saying it could make racing more exciting. The idea has been suggested before but hasn't been widely accepted in F1. Some people think reverse grids are just a gimmick and better for junior categories, even though they are used in F2 and FIA F3. "We can again discuss if there is the need to reverse the grid, or half of the grid like F2 and F3 are doing." He continued, "So these are always things to keep the mind alive, if I may say, with the intent to keep something always interesting. Personally, I would say, why not? It's a lot of action. It is overtaking. You're fighting for points."
