F1 is not interested in the London Grand Prix

Despite plans for a new race track in London's Docklands area, Formula One is not currently considering a London street race. Built environmental experts LDN Collective and consultancy firm DAR have put forward a bid to utilize a planned redevelopment of the area to make the race a reality, including floating grandstands and using the first floor of the ExCeL Centre as the pit-lane. However, these plans have not been discussed with F1, and sources suggest that the proposed area is not the right place to host a race in the city.

Williams Racing appoints Frederic Brousseau as COO

Williams Racing has hired Frederic Brousseau as its Chief Operating Officer. Brousseau comes from the aerospace industry, where he spent 26 years with Pratt & Whitney. His most recent position was Vice President of Operations. Brousseau will begin working for Williams Racing in April, and he said he is eager to join the team and contribute to building the organisation's future. Williams Racing Chairman Matthew Savage said he expects Brousseau to make significant contributions to the team's journey.
