In an eight-page letter sent on August 15 to Formula One CEO Stefano Domenicali and FIA president Mohammed Ben Sulayem, London-based Enyo Law claims Massa was a victim of a plot involving high-level F1 individuals and the FIA, resulting in lost earnings due to deliberate actions by another driver during the 2008 Singapore Grand Prix. The letter asserts Massa should have won the championship, seeking substantial damages and recognition of his rightful title.
