Monaco Grand Prix FP1 Results

The drivers took to the streets of Monte Carlo for the first practice session of the Grand Prix weekend. Find out what happened in FP1 and who topped the timesheet:

Pierre Gasly struggled, complaining that he had no power in the early stages of the session
- Gasly was unable to complete the session
The McLaren cars are running a special livery to honor Aryton Senna with both Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri sporting special helmets to accompany the livery
Guanyu Zhou hit the wall causing some carbon to fall off of his car
- Charles Leclerc ran over the carbon, causing damage to his own car and resulting in the session to be red flagged
The rain started to come out with only ten minutes left in the session
The Red Bull cars both seemed to struggle with the Mercedes drivers looking quite strong in Monaco
Lewis Hamilton topped the session ahead of Oscar Piastri and George Russell
