Doohan lands 2025 drive with Alpine

Alpine has confirmed that Jack Doohan will fill the second seat alongside Pierre Gasly in 2025. Jack, the 21-year-old son of five-time 500cc world champion Mick Doohan, has been Alpine's reserve driver since early 2023 and has extensive simulator experience. He will replace Esteban Ocon, who is moving to Haas amid reported tensions with Alpine.

McLaren reveals six key upgrades for Zandvoort

McLaren brought six big upgrades to its F1 car at Zandvoort, the first major changes since Miami. These updates include a new brake scoop, revised front and rear suspensions, a new floor edge, a high-downforce rear wing, and an updated beam wing. Lando Norris explained the delay in updates was to avoid rushing changes that might not deliver a performance step, unlike some other teams. Williams has also brought significant upgrades at the Dutch GP, which focuses on new aerodynamic features and weight reduction to improve competitiveness.

Williams fined €100 for Sargeant's pit lane violation

Williams was fined €100 after Logan Sargeant slightly exceeded the 60 km/h pit lane speed limit by 0.5 km/h during FP1 at the Dutch Grand Prix. This penalty comes as Sargeant nears his last races with the team before Carlos Sainz replaces him in 2025.
