Dutch Grand Prix FP1 Results

Formula 1 has returned after the summer break! Zandvoort welcomed the drivers and teams with some lovely rain during Free Practice 1. See who topped the timesheets after the first session of the Grand Prix weekend:

To kick the Grand Prix weekend off, Alpine announced Jack Doohan as their second driver for the 2025 season
- Doohan will partner Pierre Gasly
Nico Hulkenberg seemed to struggle on track as we watched him go into the gravel trap more than once during the session
Williams have brought new upgrades including a new floor, engine covers, sidepod inlets and a diffuser
Most of the drivers didn't get a lot of laps in as the weather was not ideal
Robert Shwartzman took over Valtteri Bottas' car for free practice 3 to get more experience in the car
Lando Norris topped the session ahead of Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton
Esteban Ocon, Daniel Ricciardo and Pierre Gasly rounded out the bottom three drivers from the session
